How The Program Works

Welcome to the Parenta Referral Program! We've made it easy for you to earn rewards by sharing the Parenta experience with your friends, colleagues, or anyone interested in our services.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how the referral program works:

Refer a Friend:

• Share your love for Parenta by referring friends, family, or colleagues who might benefit from our services. Use the designated referral link to submit your referral.

Your Referral Signs Up:

• Once you've referred someone, they will need to sign up and become a paying customer for the referral to qualify. Make sure your referrals are aware of the fantastic services Parenta has to offer!

3. Verification Process:

• After your referral becomes a paying Parenta customer, we'll initiate a verification process to ensure the referral is valid and meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Receive Your Reward:

• Congratulations! When the verification is complete, you'll be notified of your reward. 

5. Enjoy Your Rewards:

• You will receive £100 for every referral that successfully becomes a Parenta customer that was not previously known to Parenta. You can enjoy your rewards as a token of our appreciation for being an advocate of Parenta.
• You will receive £50 for every referral that successfully becomes a Parenta customer if they were previously a customer of Parenta.

Important Information:

• Referrals must be submitted before the referred person signs up as a customer. Be proactive in sharing your referral link or code to ensure you get credit for your recommendations.
• Stay updated on the referral program terms and conditions, as rewards and program details may be subject to change.
• All referred people must be new and first-time Customers. Existing customers are not eligible to be referred to our Referral Program.

Privacy

- All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Parenta’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.parenta.com/our-privacy-policy/. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Parenta shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information. 

- You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program via your referral link. 

- When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

Restrictions

- This Program cannot be combined with other Parenta’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Referral Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.

- You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

- You must not publish our Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities. 

- You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.

- You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

- All sales staff who are employed by Parenta are excluded from this referral program.

- All leads or referrals from any employee of FrontLine will be excluded.

 

Term and Termination

 

- This Referral Program will run until further notice, but can be can extended or restricted. We may also at our sole discretion notify Users that the Referral Program has ended with immediate effect.

- Any referral made before the end of the Referral Program can still participate. However we may exclude referrals at our sole discretion made after its termination date.

- We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits. 

 

Exclusive Relationship

- You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us. 

- You understand and agree that you are never authorised to legally bind our company. 

- You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, or (part of) our corporate identity.

- By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company.

 

Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

 

 Violations and Termination

- In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may at our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

- If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. 

- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

 

Disclaimer and Indemnification

- We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program at our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors. 

• Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.

Eligibility:

If you are referring a training referral, to be eligible the learner has to stay on their apprenticeship for a minimum of 3 months.

If you are referring a software referral, the company must have paid for a minimum of 3 months for their software subscription.

 

Applicable Law

The law of England and Wales shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
